Design and Development
Well-written content is important. However, it will be completely ineffective if the site is poorly structured and hard to use. Your new website needs to immediately catch new users’ attention while they make a decision about whether to browse your website. That’s why our in-house designers will create a clean and modern design and will ensure it looks good on every device!
NOVA WEB will source images for you to make the website look convincing and make it ready to go live straight away. We can add more photos for you, or swap these out for your own photos if you have them.
The website will work well on every device, including desktops, tablets and smartphones. This is important as Google ranks your website based on how it looks and how quick it is on mobile. Most people also use their phones to search for services and products.
Your Account Manager
We will give you a dedicated account manager who you will work with from your first phone call and onwards. The account manager will walk you through the onboarding process and will stay in contact after your site goes live.
After your onboarding process, your account manager will talk you through our NOVA WEB portal. Which allows you to stay on top of your support requests, invoices and account details.
Your friendly Australia-based account manager wants to hear from you and will gladly answer any questions throughout the onboarding process and after the site goes live.
They will provide you with exclusive deals and advice.
The account manager will monitor the progress of your website once it has launched.
The dashboard allows you to stay in touch with your account manager and request changes to your site after your website has launched (edits are free!).

Premium web hosting is included. Web hosting is where your site lives and is what allows visitors to access your website. We only use top of the line, high-performance and premium hosting.
A Google Maps map to show your visitors where you are. It’s completely interactive and allows the user to see how far they are from your business, as well as get directions to your premises.
We’ll optimise your website for Google. This will help Google find and list your content in search results.
Your professional domain name (eg. yourbusiness.com.au) and 5 free email forwarders (eg. email@example.com) which redirect emails to your personal account.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does the process take?
It usually takes around a week from the point of your first interaction to the point when your site goes live. Although we work as quickly as we can and deliver your first website draft within 1 week, you may need some time to provide us with feedback or send us your images. Any changes and edits you request are usually completed within 24 hours.
Are there any hidden fees?
Nope! Everything is outlined on our Pricing page.
What happens after the initial 12 months?
Aside from the costs associated with creating your website, the fee you pay us also covers our support, unlimited edits, hosting, email forwarders and domain renewal. Therefore, if you wish to keep these services active, you will need to continue paying for the service after the initial 12 months, but you’re still getting a killer deal!
Am I tied into any long term contracts?
If you’re on the annual package, you can cancel at any time. However, if you’re paying month-to-month, you’re essentially paying for the annual package but in 12 monthly instalments. This means that you will need to either keep paying until you’ve made 12 equal payments, or pay off the outstanding amount early before you can cancel your service with us.
How much does a website cost?
We have two pricing packages, which are Monthly and Annual. The monthly package costs AU$99 per month, paid month-to-month. Optionally, you can save AU$189 by paying for the year upfront which works out at AU$83.25 per month (AU$999 as one payment). However, you may want to add some add-ons to your package. What happens if I don’t like the design?
If you’re unhappy with how the draft site looks, just let us know! Your account manager will do everything to ensure that the site we build meets your expectations and accurately reflects your business.
